Used to work on iPhone... Not any more. Just a white screen. won't load. Get your shit together polaris.

Our snowmobile club started pushing the use of ride command. Interest from surrounding clubs grew, but now any new trails put in the system can't be seen on my Android (Google pixel). With the start of the snow season looming I was hoping this would be fixed after reporting it over a month ago, but the latest update last week didn't resolve the issue. Hard to back the app and get others to use when it seems Polaris seems to have done nothing to resolve
Worked Ok, until I installed the latest version (5.2.0) on my Android 6.0.1 auto stereo (in my XP1000). This new version won't even open! Device is a KKMoon 7" Bluetooth stereo w/GPS. I've got 4 other GPS apps which run fine on this hardware, so I'm sure it's not the radio. Seems like Polaris developers are loosing ground with this app!
Love the way the app works except losing all menus and functionality in landscape mode on my phone. That is the way my phone mounts in my machine and is a pain to take phone out of mount to get to menus. Get that fixed and have a 5 star app.
I love this app! It’s great for anyone in Motorsports! It has many features like ride tracker that put this app over its competitors. I highly recommend this app for any of you trail map or tracker needs for Powersports.
I gave 1 star to draw attention to the fact that the trunk trails are gone from New York as well as Michigan and ive emailed polaris, reported an issue in the feedback section and emailed the help desk about this and nothing is being done. Come on polaris, this app is awesome. You guys are better than this to just have the trunk trails completely disappear and no one is addressing this? Please fix before the weekend when me and my buddies (who are all experiencing the same issue) will be riding and wanting to use your app
This is a great app. I use it almost every time I go out . it’s fun to be able to see your tracks.
This was my favorite app on my phone and I do still like it but for some reason all the trunk trails are gone in my state and it says all the trails are closed when I know they aren’t. Not sure what happen but I don’t like it.
Sometimes my rides glitch out and don’t show me the traced lines of where I went and instead show other rides and hard to differentiate between certain other trails too. Overall a decent app and good compared to everything else that’s out there. Also wish the map was more detailed and less buggy.
Been showing all the trail conditions reported from riders for the whole year when I have it set to 40 hours other wise good
That’s the post. Ski-doo rider says essential.
Really good app overall I like the way it works and the way it looks easy to use and navigate the app good stuff
Best safety app ever
The Polaris Command app is a game-changer! It makes managing my vehicle so much easier with real-time tracking, maintenance reminders, and performance monitoring. The interface is user-friendly, and everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to navigate. I love being able to check fuel levels, battery status, and even GPS location right from my phone.
Take all my Polaris machines to these guys always go the extra step to make sure I’m taken care of and back out on the trail
Clear and provide great destination and like the feed back and condition reports.
An amazing app for more than just trails. The trail feature is amazing. We use it for our sleds and our side by sides. It tracks your ride, it keeps track of all your riders if you get separated during a ride. It also has a maintenance section to track all the work that was done on your machine.
I love the feature for planning your ride on the app and then uploading via the cloud to your 7s display. Occasional issue with upload based on internet service, but usually works fine. May take a couple tries to sync.
First time using an app like this. I am very impressed. But not sure what else is out there. But I’ll continue to use this one.
This app I can never get to work. It always freezes or crashes.
The app freezes almost every time I attempt to use it. Sometimes freezing immediately upon opening. Forget using view my ride either doesn’t load or crashes consistently.
I don’t have any apps or not too much about computers, but this to me is amazing and I probably don’t use even 1/3 of what it can do. I recommend this to everybody I come in contact with.
Can we get this to connect to CarPlay!!!!!!!
Easy to use.
This App was easy enough that a caveman can understand. Thanks for a great product.
This is the best abs that I’ve ever seen. It’s great.
Unfortunately I find the maps feature for creating routes including but not limited to editing them is not very user friendly. I certainly hope the efforts to make a user friendly experience continue at a fast pace it seems more effort has been put in to finance a new purchase than has been put in for enjoying a safe and stress free experience for the existing user. It would also be nice to be able to connect via Apple car play in my Jeep.
It's ridiculous, especially the responsiveness from Polaris. For the last 2 months each time I open the app and tap on anything, it freezes. I've been in contact with tech support 4 times and am told the same thing each time, "have you tried uninstalling the app". Ummmmm .... duh. Most frustrating part is that it takes them about a week to respond to an email with the same questions.
Awesome ride easy to use app
Been using this for a couple of years now in Maine winter and summer trails trust worthy navigation THANK YOU to all who work hard on this app
Running iPhone X/S. This brilliant App has struggled for years. Has hard time connecting ALOT. Loses connection ALOT. Lost many logged rides. About 4000 miles of trail riding are no longer in my history. So much potential with this app. I wish it worked.
Vehicle health doesn’t update engine hours on app.
This app never lets us down! Up to date on trails. I love the ride tracking feature. Thank you Polaris!
If you start your ride before you lose service it will normally keep up with you in the spots you lose coverage. I use the app when I’m not in my 21’ with the dash and I’ve never had a issue
Worked great for almost 6 months but recently it seems Polaris has removed all vehicle health icons and status from the latest version.
The coolest vehicle ap I’ve ever had. One thing. Is it possible to update property owners info. I ride near one that sold a large piece but app still shows former owner.
best app out there for riding
I cannot plan routes on Ride Command. It will not drop the pins/checkpoints for the route. I double tap, triple tap, hold and just about everything else. I’m luck if I get a response. I can hardly get it to snap to a trail and can hardly edit a route between two points. Not sure what’s going.
I’ve had nothing but problems from my Pro XP, would never own another Polaris,my buddy bought a Can Am has 4100 miles on it no trouble except replaced the belt 1 time, that’s it,from the day I bought the Polaris Pro Xp,nothing but trouble, trouble with the axle boot as soon as it came off the trailer from purchase, trouble with the charging system, haven’t had all wheel drive 95 percent of the time since owning it,took it to 2different dealers and they didn’t fix it,so please don’t waist your money like I did,buy a Can Am
Polaris was right with their old motto, the way out. Great app and easy to use. I’ve enjoyed the visual aids.
I love it for my new Polaris
I just downloaded the app today and it refuses to be opened, nothing but an oops there's a problem. Very disappointing.
After contacting Polaris for support as recommended by your feedback on this app, I was required to take it into a dealership once it went to the dealership they contacted Polaris and they said no you don’t get full feature on ride command on a razor 200 and if it’s iOS, it’s not the same as the Polaris operating system so they don’t communicate as good I talk to Jack who’s head of this ride command plus and he just basically told me no that’s just the way it is. The info about the capabilities of command plus, Polaris put no stipulations in the advertisements for command plus about being not fully compatible with iOS and limitations on the razor 200 so now I’m not only out the money that I paid for the plug-in module, but I’m out an hour labor for somebody to tell me that’s just the way it is. On top of all that since the last update the app I’ve lost the ability to change helmet aware setting from the app.
The app is not syncing up with ride command. It used to show the mileage, fuel, and all of that on the app. Now it doesn’t show any of it I’ve seen other people write about the same issue and looks like nothing has been done about it.
App constantly removes my machine from the “garage” and all information I’ve stored for it. Always logs me out as well
Maps
Wish there was a way to zoom to see both existing track and other tracks. Seems like when I have both and try to zoom I lose the other.
Not user friendly, very frustrating app.
A recent app update causes the app to not keep the screen alive on the iPhone. That makes it completely worthless when riding.
I wish I could say this app is great but it has one fatal flaw. You constantly need to sign into it. For some reason it is always kicking me and all my buddies with it out and making us sign back in. That wouldn’t be a big deal if you could just sign in but you need service and data to do it. When you ride utvs, snowmobiles and the like you rarely have service. So we can never get it to connect unless we all stop before heading up the canyon and sign in again and again. If that issue was fixed then this would be a great app. But as is it’s only ok.
Had trouble logging in. Sent email to support got nothing for 2 weeks. Well had cookies turned off in another spot on my phone. The app will not tell you why it will not let you log on just say error. I got lucky and found someone that already knew my problem and showed me how to fix it. Make sure your cookies are turned on. But it works ok no offline map. It works way better if you have ride command so I’m looking to buy a ride with one doing a group ride fast with everyone on ride command is great and fun. There is a follow me group app thing and you know where everyone is on the map so cool. Doing a fast ride and leaving someone behind and not finding them for hours because they don’t know their way through the trails not so fun. But now I will not be the one lost. Even if I’m the one on the 2 wheel drive four wheeler.
To difficult to use still unable to get group rides to work . I would rather spend my time riding instead of playing with this ride command. Like the way it tracks me and maps my route and stores it.
great app definitely, however is there anyway to add the colors/icons for the waypoints to the mobile app like they are on the website version?
